At present, COVID-19 is spreading all over the world. People’s lives are being changed due to the closure of schools, public service systems and other institutions caused by COVID-19 and we have to quarantine ourselves at home to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Though we are isolated from each other, it might be a good chance for us to cross the boundaries, share knowledge, and get more connected online. During the special period, CNKI would like to organize an international non-profit webinar for scholars who want their voices to be heard and opinions shared. The first-round lectures, themed "How to Promote Literature and Information Service in Libraries During the COVID-19 Pandemic", invite librarians to give lectures on such topics as “Opportunities and Challenges to Library Services Under the Pandemic Outbreak", "Library Management Innovation During the Pandemic" and "How to Promote Literature and Information Service for Scholars, Researchers and the Public".
