4. Abstract: China is the largest energy user in the world. Not only is its ongoing energy transition subject to the conditions in the global energy market, but also the energy transition in the country will significantly shape the landscape of energy market at the international level. However, there are many uncertainties around how these dynamics will play out. In this public lecture, I will employ three perspectives to explore issues in relation to the interactions between China's energy transition and the global energy market, including a perspective based on transition research, an international business perspective, and an international relation perspective.
